Product Owners/Product Managers are the voice of the customers for the Agile Release Train and bridge the gap between the customers and the delivery team. They are not only responsible for writing epics, breaking them into features and stories, and maintaining backlogs and setting goals and establishing the roadmap at the team and program level. They also carry the responsibility of validating the user stories.
